What is the difference between soft wash and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses thousands of pounds of pressure to clean surfaces. Soft wash uses lighter pressure than a heavy rain. Pressure washing causes serious damage to homes. Thousands of pounds of pressure force water behind your siding, causing mold and mildew to grow in your walls. Pressure will also break seals on the windows and destroy older wood behind siding, around windows, etc.
What do you pressure wash?
We only pressure wash surfaces like driveways, and sidewalks.
What do you soft wash?
We soft wash homes, decks, garages. We also can soft wash all walls and roofs.
Why can't I do this myself?
Soft washing takes special and expensive equipment as well as experience and knowledge in order to get done properly. Also sometimes getting on the roof is needed and you will want to leave that to the professionals to avoid injury to either you or your home.
What kind of experience do you have?
We have over 10 years of cleaning/washing houses, window washing, roof washing, pressure washing and soft washing.
What kind of equipment do you use?
For our pressure washing services, we use either 12v electric pumps or our new gas run model. Neither will produce much pressure. Very similar (but lighter) than a garden hose.
Would soft washing or pressure washing increase the curbside appeal of my home?
Soft washing your home will absolutely boost the curb appeal. The dirt, grime, black mold, algae, lichens, bacteria, and everything else that grows on your house will come right off revealing the original color of your home without causing and streaking or damage as when using pressure washers. Pressure washing your walls and driveway will remove the discoloration making for a more uniformed and new looking sidewalk or driveway.

How long will this take?
Our pressure washing process will only take minutes to hours and your home will be back to "new" again.
Do I have to be home while you are working?
You do not need to be home while we complete our roof, house, or window washing services.
Who will be doing the work?
The owner and his son (partner) will complete the pressure washing services.
What type of payment do you take?
Is this dangerous for plants, animals, people?
Most of our chemical mixes are safe for plants, animals, children, etc. However, we still take precaution by watering and covering your plants to ensure their safety while we complete our pressure washing services. .
Are you able to remove rust stains from my siding or concrete?
We are able to quickly and safely removed rust stains from siding, and concrete.
